Green Boost Ltd — Monthly Service Terms

These Terms apply to all services provided by:

Green Boost Ltd (trading as Built for Local)
(“we”, “us”, “our”)


By purchasing a monthly subscription service, the client (“you”, “your”) agrees to the terms below.


1. Services Provided

Green Boost provides ongoing SEO and local visibility services designed to improve your presence across:

  • Google Maps (Google Business Profile)
  • Organic Google Search
  • AI-driven search results where applicable

Services are delivered monthly on a retainer basis according to the package selected.


2. Package Scope

Your monthly scope depends on the plan chosen:


Foundation — £300/month

Includes:

  • Google Business Profile optimisation
  • Local citations for authority
  • 2 focused pages per month
  • Foundational on-site improvements

This package is designed for steady momentum, not rapid expansion.


Starter — £600/month (Standard)

Includes:

  • Ongoing GBP optimisation
  • Citations for local trust
  • 5 priority pages per month
  • 2 supporting blog articles
  • 1 relevant authority backlink

Designed to lock down one primary area before expanding.


Professional — £1,200/month

Includes:

  • Advanced GBP optimisation
  • Citations for authority
  • 8 priority pages per month
  • 3 supporting blog articles
  • 3 relevant authority backlinks

Designed for faster rollout across multiple surrounding towns.


3. Client Cooperation

To begin work effectively, the client agrees to provide access to:

  • Website/CMS (e.g., WordPress)
  • Google Business Profile
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console

Delays in access may delay delivery timelines.


4. No Guarantees

SEO is influenced by external factors outside our control.

Green Boost guarantees delivery of the agreed monthly work, but does not guarantee:

  • specific rankings
  • a fixed number of leads or enquiries
  • revenue outcomes
  • placement in Google or AI results

Google algorithm changes are outside our control.


5. Payments

All services are billed monthly in advance via Stripe subscription.

Payments are due on the agreed billing date.

Late or failed payments may result in a pause of work until resolved.


✅ 6. Cancellation Policy (Month-to-Month)

All services operate on a rolling month-to-month basis.

You may cancel at any time by notifying us before your next billing date.

Once a monthly payment has been processed, that month’s work is considered underway and is non-refundable.

No refunds are provided for work already delivered or in progress within the current billing period.


✅ 7. Package Changes (Upgrades / Downgrades)

Clients may upgrade or downgrade their package at any time on a month-to-month basis.

  • Upgrades may take effect immediately or from the next billing period (as agreed).
  • Downgrades apply from the next billing period once requested.

All package changes are subject to the updated monthly scope of work.


8. Territory Exclusivity

Green Boost operates on a territory partnership model.

Once engaged, we agree not to actively work with a direct competitor within your primary town area.

Exclusivity applies at the primary town level, not individual neighbourhoods.


9. Intellectual Property

All work delivered becomes the property of the client once paid.

Green Boost retains ownership of internal systems, templates, methodology, and processes.


10. Limitation of Liability

Green Boost is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Total liability is limited to the most recent one month’s fee paid.
